Terms of Use

By verifying a code or registering a warranty you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

A verification result reflects the status of the code in our records at the time of the check. A "genuine" result indicates the code was issued by us and has not been blocked. It is an indicator of authenticity, not a guarantee of product condition, fitness or performance.

A code may be verified more than once, but a warranty can be activated only once per code. If a code has already been used to register a warranty, later checks will show that.

Registration records your warranty against the product code you supply. The scope, duration and exclusions of cover are set by the brand's warranty terms for that product. Registration does not create additional cover.

You must provide accurate information. Registrations based on false, duplicated or fraudulently obtained codes may be voided.

You may not attempt to guess, harvest, scrape or bulk-test codes, interfere with the service, or reverse engineer the code format. We apply rate limiting and may block access where misuse is suspected.

The site, its content, code formats and labels remain the property of Verafloor and the participating brands.

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Verafloor is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service or reliance on a verification result. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, which includes our data retention statement and how to make an access or erasure request.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts named in the final reviewed version of this document.
